Information we receive

When you submit a project enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, project type, location, indicative budget, preferred timeframe and project description. We also receive information you choose to provide in direct emails, calls or WhatsApp messages.

Our hosting and spam-protection services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and security request data.

Why we use this information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project, arrange follow-up communications and maintain appropriate business records. Depending on the circumstances, this processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or supported by our legitimate interests in responding to and managing genuine business enquiries.

Where consent is required for a separate activity, we will seek it before proceeding.

Service providers and external links

Our website is hosted by a service provider and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. Enquiry emails may be delivered through our hosting email service. Some website pages also request web fonts from Google when displayed, which may involve technical connection data. We link to Google Maps and Google reviews; if you choose to load Google reviews on the site when that optional feature is enabled, Google Places API data is requested on demand.

These services may process information outside the UK. Appropriate arrangements must be confirmed with the providers where international transfers apply.

How long we keep it

Retention periods depend on whether a business relationship develops. We review and delete information when no longer needed.
